If you don’t change what you’re doing now, however, the outcome will stay the same.

One day, you might begin by stretching. The next day, stretch for a longer period. Get out walking, even if it’s just for a few minutes, increasing it the length every day. Remember to start off slowly, increasing as you find it easier to do so. You don’t need to have a goal of running a marathon. Just keep your body moving, building on your activity as you can.
